摘要 针对电力系统的动态电压响应存在时空分布特性的问题,本文提出了一种完全基于实测数据的电压动态时空分布特性量化描述方法,建立了描述电压动态时空分布特性的综合指标体系。通过计算扰动后各观测点电压平均变化率、最大相对变化量、对扰动的响应延时、持续时间、扰动贡献指数,以多维信息角度从实测数据中提取知识,直观掌握扰动的传播过程和影响范围,同时讨论了其潜在的应用价值及领域。最后,利用吉林电网广域测量系统实测数据,揭示了真实电网电压的时空分布特性,验证了所提量化描述方法和指标体系的有效性。 The dynamic voltage response of a power system presents time-space distribution characteristics. In light of this problem,a quantitative description method for the dynamic time-space distribution characteristics of voltage based on measured data is proposed in this paper,and a comprehensive index system describing these characteristics is established. By calculating the average rate of change of voltage at each observation point after disturbance,maximum relative change,response delay to disturbance,time of duration,and the disturbance contribution index,knowledge is extracted from the measured data from a perspective of multi-dimensional information,thus grasping the propagation of disturbance as well as its influencing scope. At the same time,the potential application values and fields are discussed.Finally,based on the measured wide-area measurement system(WAMS)data of Jilin Power Grid,the time-space distribution characteristics of the real grid voltage are revealed,and the effectiveness of the proposed quantitative description method and the index system is verified.
