摘要
教育评估报告在整个教育评估活动中处于末端,但它却是教育评估活动中至关重要的部分,因为它是记录和展现评估活动的重要载体,是评估对象开展后续工作的重要依据,也是委托方进行教育决策的重要参考。文章指出撰写评估报告应遵循客观呈现、全面记录、问题导向和结果一致等四项原则,强调专家团队作为核心撰写力量、以六种要素作为主要内容构成、以事中和事后相结合的撰写方式、以图表和文字相结合的呈现形式和以平实语言来固化报告风格。
The education evaluation report is the last phase of the education activity,but it is a vital part,because it is an important carrier for recording and displaying the evaluation activity,an important basis for the follow-up work of the evaluation target,and also an important reference for the entrusting party’s educational decision-making.This paper points out that writing evaluation report should follow the four principles:objective presentation,comprehensive records,problem orientation,and consistent results.It should emphasize the expert team as the core writing force and the six elements as the main content,combine on-site and after-the-fact writing as well as charts and text,and use plain language to solidify the report style.
