Analysis of the Correlations between Science and Technology Security and National Security in Related Fields

在总体国家安全观背景下,突破传统的分析框架,深入分析科技安全与其他领域国家安全间的关联关系,为深化对科技安全的认识、构建更加完备的国家安全保障策略提供启示和借鉴。通过运用文献调查、案例分析和归纳与推演的方法,重组和解构国家各领域安全间的复杂联系,提炼出具有规律性的特征。研究认为科技安全与相关领域国家安全之间存在着触发关系、传导关系、扩散关系、升级关系、包含关系、连锁反应关系等一般性关联关系。

In the context of the overall concept of national security,break through the traditional analytical framework and thoroughly analyze the relationship between science and technology security and national security in other fields,it provides enlightenment and reference for deepening the understanding of science and technology security and constructing a more complete national security strategy.By using the methods of literature investigation,case analysis,induction and deduction,this paper restructures and deconstructs the complicated relations among the national security in various fields,and refines the regular features.It is considered that there are some general relations between science and technology security and national security,such as trigger relation,conduction relation,diffusion relation,escalation relation,inclusion relation and chain reaction relation.
