藏药那措尔中的五种重金属和铁元素含量测定分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:测定藏药那措尔矿物药材中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜五种有害元素的含量,对那措尔矿物药材铁成分含量进行分析。方法:那措尔样品经过微波消解后,以原子荧光光度法测定那措尔中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜、铁元素的含量;以滴定法和紫外分光光度法测定那措尔中铁的含量。结果:不同产地那措尔的重金属含量和铁的含量差异较大。结论:根据《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》规定,那措尔矿物药材中重金属存在超标现象,采用三种不同的方法测定铁的含量存在较大差异。 Objective To determine the content of 5 harmful elements in the Tibetan medicine Nacuoer, including lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury and copper, and to analyze the content of iron in Nacuoer.Methods After microwave digestion, the content of lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury, copper and iron in Nacuoer was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry, and the content of iron in Nacuoer was determined by titration and ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Results The contents of heavy metals and iron in Nacuoer from different areas are quite different. producing areas of Nacu.Conclusion According to the《green industry standard for import and export of medicinal plants and preparations》, heavy metals in Nacuoer mineral medicinal materials exceed the standard, and there are great differences in the content of iron determined by three different methods.
