摘要
为充分利用高原城市公共交通资源,提高常规公交的服务质量,文章从分析影响高原城市公交服务质量的因素着手,建立了贝叶斯网络评判模型,对影响因素的权重进行了评判。结果显示:便捷性、安全性和舒适性是影响高原城市公交服务质量的关键。基于此,结合民族节日、旅游旺季和日常出行,提出改善高原城市公交服务质量的措施和方法,力求为不同的出行需求提供差异化的客运服务,进而发挥高原城市公交在出行公平中的调节作用,引导高原居民低碳出行。
In order to fully utilize the public transport resources in cities on the plateau and improve the service quality of conventional public transportation, factors influencing the quality of public transport service in such cities was analyzed and an evaluation model of Bayesian network was established, furthermore, the weight of the influencing factors was evaluated in this paper. The results show that convenience, safety, and comfort are the key factors to influence the quality of public transport service in such cities. Based on our results, combined with other reasons such as national holidays, tourist seasons, and daily travel, strategies and methods for improving the quality of public transport services in such cities were proposed in order to provide diverse services for different travel needs and play regulating role for public transport, such that to guide people to low-carbon travel.
