摘要
针对涟钢高炉煤气中的含湿量和露点温度进行理论计算,根据计算结果来分析近期除尘设备潮湿结垢和高炉煤气管道冷凝水量过多的原因。同时,简要分析了高炉煤气中含水对管道腐蚀的影响,为后续高炉煤气炉顶温度控制以及鼓风脱湿和煤气除盐工作提供一定的理论研究基础。
Based on the theoretical calculation of the moisture content and dew point temperature in the blast furnace gas of Lianyuan Steel,the causes of the wet scaling of the dedusting equipment and the excessive condensation water in the blast furnace gas pipeline recently are analyzed.At the same time,the effect of water content in the blast furnace gas on the corrosion of the pipeline is briefly analyzed,to provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent control of blast furnace gas top temperature and the dehumidification and desalt?ing of blast furnace gas.
