生物发光分子成像设备专利概况及国外重点专利分析

Overview of Patent for Bioluminescence Molecular Imaging Apparatus and Analysis on Foreign Key Patents

摘要 本文首先分析了生物发光分子成像设备的全球专利概况,然后重点对生物发光分子成像设备方面的国外重要申请人,特别是美国申请人的专利进行了分析,挖掘基础专利,概括每一项专利的主要技术内容,并查询每一项专利的法律状态及是否有中国同族。通过该专利分析,可以给国内的科研工作者及知识产权从业者以借鉴。 This article first analyses the global patents in the field of bioluminescence molecular imaging apparatus, then acquires the important applicators, especially applicators from US, based on the statistical rank, and reads through their applications, lastly, this paper digs out the fundamental patents, summarizes their main contents and patent spirits, verifies whether they have patent family in China, and provides the legal status for each related patent. Scientific and intellectual property workers in this field can use these data for reference during research and investigation.
