摘要
基于2005-2016年中国242个城市的面板数据,本文运用动态空间杜宾模型(DSDM)实证检验生产服务业集聚对全要素能源效率(TFEE)的影响作用及其空间溢出效应。结果显示,中国城市全要素能源效率本身存在"时间惯性"和"空间溢出"效应。生产服务业多样化集聚不仅显著促进本市全要素能源效率提升,还对相邻城市全要素能源效率产生明显的正向空间溢出效应;生产服务业专业化集聚仅有利于本市全要素能源效率提升,且长期影响大于短期影响。东部地区生产服务业多样化和专业化集聚对全要素能源效率均产生显著的促进作用及空间溢出效应,中部地区全要素能源效率提升仅得益于生产服务业专业化集聚,而西部地区全要素能源效率提升并未受到生产服务业集聚的显著影响。
Based on the panel data of 242 cities in China from 2005 to 2016,the dynamic spatial Durbin model(DSDM)is used to empirically test the impact of producer services agglomeration on total factor energy efficiency(TFEE)and its spatial spillover effect. The results show that there is ’time inertia’and ’space overflow’ effects among the total factor energy efficiency of Chinese cities. The diversified agglomeration of producer services not only significantly promotes total factor energy efficiency in the city,but also has a significant positive spatial spillover effect on the total factor energy efficiency in the neighboring cities. The specialized agglomeration of producer services is only beneficial to total factor energy efficiency in the city,and the long-term impact is greater than the short-term impact. The diversified and specialized agglomerations of producer services in the eastern region both have a significant role in promoting total factor energy efficiency and the spatial spillover effect. The improvement of total factor energy efficiency in the central region is only due to the specialized agglomeration of producer services,while the improvement of total factor energy efficiency in the western region has not been significantly affected by the agglomeration of productive services.
