如何做好贫困大学生的教育管理,充分发挥资助育人作用,对做好学校教育教学改革和大学生全面发展至关重要。应该深入探究如何加强贫困生资助相关工作的总体设计,健全资助育人的管理程序,完善贫困生勤工助学岗位管理实施办法,着力培养贫困学生的奋斗精神、感恩意识,培养学生自强不息、创新创业的进取精神,进而对贫困生的成才观和就业观形成正确导向。

It's crucial for teaching reform and comprehensive development of college students to implement education management of needy students and give full play to subsidized education.It needs to further explore how to strengthen the overall design of the funding for needy students,perfect the management procedures of subsidized education,improve the management and implementation of needy student work-study job,strive to cultivate the fighting spirit and gratitude consciousness of needy students,train the students to develop the enterprise of striving to become stronger and innovation and entrepreneurship,and form correct orientation in success and employment for needy students.
