摘要
为了探讨自悯信书写干预对大专生班级团体依恋的影响。通过招募大专生被试134名,将其分为自悯信书写组(实验组)、书写控制组和无任务控制组。自悯信书写组和书写控制组需要根据一定的指导语完成书写任务,采用团体依恋量表和自悯量表进行前测和后测。结果发现:一周自悯信的书写能够有效提高个体的自悯水平,自悯和班级团体依恋回避、班级团体依恋焦虑呈负相关。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of self-compassion letter writing intervention on class group attachment of college students.By recruiting 134 college students,they were divided into three groups: self-writing group(experimental group),writing control group and task-less control group.The group attachment scale and the group self-compassion scale were used for pretesting and post-testing.The results showed that the writing of weekly self-compassion letter could effectively improve the individual’s self-compassion level,and self-compassion was negatively correlated with the class group attachment avoidance and class group attachment anxiety.
