生物陶瓷材料的根尖封闭效果、边缘适应性以及抗力强度的体外研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:比较AH-Plus糊剂与生物陶瓷iRoot SP糊剂结合单尖法根管填充方式根充后的根尖封闭效果、对牙根抗力强度及根管边缘适应性。方法:选取行生物陶瓷iRoot SP糊剂结合单尖法根管填充方式的人单根前磨牙24颗的临床资料作为研究对象(研究组),纳入行AH-Plus糊剂结合单尖法根管填充方式的人单根前磨牙24颗的临床资料作为参照对象(参照组),应用微渗漏测量实验对各组牙颗实施亚甲基蓝染料染色,测量比较根尖微渗漏情况;应用扫描电镜观察各组根尖区充填材料的截面适应性;应用万能材料试验机对样本制作成的标准试件进行抗折性测试实验,记录牙根折裂瞬间压力值。结果:研究组根尖微渗漏染料渗入长度明显短于参照组,扫描电镜结果边缘密合度及糊剂牙根抗力均明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:iRoot SP糊剂较AH-Plus糊剂结合单尖法根管填充方式根充后的根尖封闭效果良好,对牙根抗力强度、根管边缘适应性明显较高。 Objective:By comparing the apical sealing effect of AH-Plus paste and bioceramic iRoot SP paste combined with single-point root canal filling method,the root resistance and the adaptability of root canal margin were compared.Methods:24 human single premolars treated with iRoot SP paste combined with single-point root canal filling were selected as the study subjects(study group).24 human single premolars treated with AH-Plus paste combined with single-point root canal filling were enrolled as the reference subjects(control group).Microleakage measurements were used.The experiment used methylene blue dye to dye the teeth of each group,and measured and compared the microleakage of the apex;observed the cross-sectional adaptability of filling materials in the apical region of each group by scanning electron microscopy;and tested the fracture resistance of standard specimens made of samples by universal material testing machine to record the instantaneous pressure value of root fracture.Results:The penetration length of dye in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Scanning electron microscopy results showed that the marginal closeness of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The root resistance of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:IRoot SP paste has better apical sealing effect than AH-Plus paste combined with single-point root canal filling method,and has higher root resistance and adaptability to root canal margin than AH-Plus paste combined with single-point root canal filling method.
