高校教学监控和督导制度是保障高校教学质量、提升人才培养效率的重要手段,也是高校在长期教学实践中形成的一种科学规范的教学管理模式。文章探讨我国高校教学监控和督导制度的创立与发展,分析高校教学监控和督导制度存在的问题,提出高校教学监控和督导制度的创新思路,为健全高校教学管理制度提供参考。

The teaching monitoring and supervision system in colleges and universities is an important means to ensure the teaching quality and improve the efficiency of personnel training,and also a scientific and standardized teaching management mode formed in the long-term teaching practice in Colleges and universities.This paper discusses the establishment and development of the teaching monitoring and supervision system in colleges and universities in China,analyzes the problems existing in the teaching monitoring and supervision system in colleges and universities,and puts forward the innovative ideas of the teaching monitoring and supervision system in colleges and universities,so as to provide reference for the improvement of the teaching management system in colleges and universities.
