大剂量阿托伐他汀治疗急性脑梗死的效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究大剂量阿托伐他汀治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法样本选取方法:随机抽样法;样本选取时间:2017年3月至2018年5月;样本对象:62例急性脑梗死患者。将上述样本对象根据用药方式分为两组,对照组(n=31)接受常规治疗,观察组(n=31)在常规治疗的基础上采用大剂量阿托伐他汀治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、动脉粥样硬化斑块厚度、颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)、血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗有效率(90.32%)高于对照组(64.52%),其NIHSS评分(10.26±1.52)分、斑块厚度(1.91±0.17)mm、IMT值(0.92±0.22)mm和血清hs-CRP(3.84±1.21)mg/L低于对照组[(14.35±1.37)分,(2.42±0.23)mm,(1.02±0.24)mm,(4.79±1.06)mg/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为9.68%,观察组为16.13%,组间数据差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论大剂量阿托伐他汀治疗急性脑梗死更占优势,有利于改善患者的神经功能缺损以及血清指标,降低动脉粥样硬化斑块厚度,且不增加不良反应,在临床上值得推广和使用。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high-dose atorvastatin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty-two patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the mode of administration.Each group had 31 cases.The control group received routine treatment.The observation group was in the observation group.On the basis of conventional treatment,high-dose atorvastatin was used to compare the clinical effi cacy,neurological defi cit score(NIHSS),atherosclerotic plaque thickness,carotid intima-media thickness(IMT),serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and adverse reaction rate of the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(90.32%)was higher than that in the control group(64.52%).The NIHSS score(10.26±1.52),plaque thickness(1.91±0.17)mm,IMT value(0.92±0.22)mm and serum hs-CRP(3.84±1.21)mg/L in the observation group were lower than those in the control group[(14.35±1.37),(2.42±0.23)mm,(1.02±0.24)mm,(4.79±1.06)mg/L],with signifi cant difference(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 9.68%,and that in the observation group was 16.13%.The difference was not statistically signifi cant(P>0.05).Conclusion High-dose atorvastatin is effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,which is benefi cial to improve neurological defi cits and serum indexes,reducing atherosclerotic plaque thickness,and does not increase adverse reactions.It is worthy of promotion and use in clinical practice.
