脑心通胶囊与稳心颗粒联合用于冠心病合并缓慢心律失常治疗中的疗效评估

Evaluation of the Efficacy of Naoxintong Capsule combined with Wenxin Granule in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease combined with Slow Arrhythmia

目的评估冠心病合并缓慢心律失常治疗中脑心通胶囊与稳心颗粒联合使用的疗效。方法在我院收治于2017年1月至2019年6月期间的冠心病合并缓慢心律失常患者中,挑选100例作为研究对象,随机划分为各50例的对照组和研究组。两组患者均进行基础治疗,对照组在基础治疗的基础上予以心宝丸、复方丹参片口服治疗,研究组则是在基础治疗的基础上予以脑心通胶囊及稳心颗粒口服治疗,疗程为4周,对两组患者各项临床症状及体征在治疗前后的变化进行观察,并对患者血脂、血糖、血尿常规及肝肾功能检测,记录药品不良反应及心电图与动态心电图在治疗前后的变化。结果研究组患者临床疗效相对于对照组患者临床疗效而言,明显更优,P<0.05表示差异具有统计学意义。研究组患者动态心电图疗效相对于对照组而言明显更优,P<0.05表示差异具有统计学意义。对比二者患者发生不良反应的情况,P>0.05表示差异无统计学意义。结论冠心病合并缓慢心律失常治疗中,通过脑心通胶囊与稳心颗粒的联合使用,可使患者临床症状得到有效缓解,可实现治疗效果的显著提升,安全可靠,值得在临床中大力推广使用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of combined use of Naoxintong capsule and Wenxin granule in the treatment of coronary heart disease combined with slow arrhythmia.Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease combined with slow arrhythmias from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into 50 control groups and research groups.Both groups of patients were treated with basic treatment.The control group was given oral treatment of Xinbao Pill and Compound Danshen Tablets on the basis of basic treatment.The research group was given Naoxintong capsule and Wenxin granule oral treatment on the basis of basic treatment.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The changes of clinical symptoms and signs before and after treatment were observed in two groups of patients,and blood lipids,blood sugar,routine hematuria and liver and kidney function were tested.The adverse drug reactions and changes of electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram were recorded before and after treatment.Results The clinical effi cacy of the study group was signifi cantly better than that of the control group.The effect of dynamic electrocardiogram in the study group was signifi cantly better than that of the control group.Comparing the cases of adverse reactions in the two patients,P>0.05 indicated that there was no statistical signifi cance.Conclusion In the treatment of coronary heart disease combined with slow arrhythmias,the combined use of Naoxintong capsule and Wenxin granule can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,and can signifi cantly improve the treatment effect,and it is safe and reliable.It is worth promoting and using in clinical practice.
