静脉留置针输液在小儿重症肺炎中的应用价值分析

Analysis of Application Value of Intravenous Indwelling Needle Infusion in Children with Severe Pneumonia

目的探讨静脉留置针输液在小儿重症肺炎中的应用价值分析。方法将2012年2月至2019年2月在我院儿科治疗的82例小儿重症肺炎患儿随机分为两组,对照组采用普通钢针输液,观察组使用静脉留置针输液,比较两组患儿的各项穿刺指标、护理依从率、输液并发症发生率、住院时间及护理纠纷发生率。结果观察组首次穿刺成功率明显高于对照组,首次穿刺时间长于对照组,但接瓶时间、夜间给药时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理依从率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组穿刺部位感染、液体外渗、输液装置脱落、静脉炎等输液并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院时间明显短于对照组,且护理纠纷发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论静脉留置针输液在小儿重症肺炎中的应用价值显著,能有效提升穿刺成功率,提高患儿护理依从性,缩短治疗时间,降低输液并发症发生率和护理纠纷发生率,加快患儿康复速度,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the application value of intravenous indwelling needle infusion in children with severe pneumonia.Methods In February 2012-February 2019 in our hospital pediatric treatment of 82 cases children with severe pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups,control group using common steel before transfusion,use intravenous indwelling needle infusion group,compared two groups of children with the puncture indexes,nursing the compliance rate,transfusion complications,length of hospital stay and the incidence of nursing disputes.Results The success rate of the fi rst puncture in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the time of the first puncture was longer than that in the control group,but the time of bottle receiving and night administration was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing compliance rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as puncture site infection,fluid extravasation,shedding of infusion device and phlebitis was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of nursing disputes was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous indwelling needle infusion has significant value in the application of severe pneumonia in children,which can effectively improve the success rate of puncture,improve the nursing compliance of children,shorten the treatment time,reduce the incidence of transfusion complications and nursing disputes,and speed up the recovery of children,with positive clinical significance.
