对全膝关节置换术患者应用骨科康复一体化模式的术后功恢复影响研究

Study on the Effect of Postoperative Rehabilitation on the Application of Orthopedic Rehabilitation Integrated Model in Patients Undergoing Total Knee Arthroplasty

目的研究分析对全膝关节置换手术(TKA)患者施予骨科康复一体化模式的价值及效果。方法回顾性分析本院2015年8月至2018年5月收治的40例TKA患者的资料,将其中接受常规干预的20例作为A组,另外接受骨科康复一体化模式的20例作为B组,观察比较其结果。结果B组患者的数字评估量表(NRS)总分、主动关节活动程度(AROM)、膝关节功能恢复评分表(HSS)总分好于A组患者,P<0.05;B组患者护理后生活质量明显优于A组患者,P<0.05;在各种并发症发生概率的比较上,B组患者明显低于A组患者,P<0.05。结论骨科康复一体化能够促使TKA患者其相关功能获得康复,并舒缓其疼痛感,同时也提高了患者的生活质量,减少了各种并发症的出现,值得全方位推行与运用。

Objective To study the value and effect of the integrated orthopedic rehabilitation model for patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods A retrospective analysis of 40 patients with TKA who were admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to May 1818,20 patients who received routine intervention were included in group A,and 20 patients who underwent orthopedic rehabilitation integration model as group B,observe and compare the results.Results The total scores of the numerical assessment scale(NRS),active joint activity(AROM),and knee function recovery score(HSS)in group B were better than those in group A,P<0.05.The quality of life was signifi cantly better than that of group A,P<0.05.In the comparison of the probability of various complications,group B was signifi cantly lower than group A,P<0.05.Conclusion The integration of orthopedic rehabilitation can promote the recovery of related functions of TKA patients and relieve their pain.It also improves the quality of life of patients and reduces the occurrence of various complications.It is worthy of full implementation and application.
