探讨标本溶血对生化检验中电解质、心肌酶、肝功能、血脂的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究标本溶血对生化检验中电解质、心肌酶、肝功能、血脂的影响。方法选取我院于2018年1月至2018年12月行生化检验的健康人员178例为研究对象,对其进行抽血检验,对比分析标本溶血前后中的电解质(K、Na、CL、Ca)、心肌酶(cTnI、NTproBNP、AST、CK-MB)、肝功能(TP、ALT)、血脂(LDL-C、HDL-C、TG、TC)指标水平变化。结果溶血后的K、CL、Ca浓度均高于溶血前(P<0.05),但Na浓度溶血前后无明显变化(P>0.05);溶血后外周血样本的cTnI、NT-proBNP、AST、CK-MB水平均高于溶血前(P<0.05);溶血后的TP、ALT水平均高于溶血前(P<0.05);溶血后的LDL-C、HDL-C较溶血前无明显变化(P>0.05),但TG、TC均高于溶血前(P<0.05)。结论生化检验中的电解质、心肌酶、肝功能、血脂会受到标本溶血的影响,因此在检验过程中需要严格把控每个环节,确保检验数据的准确度。 Objective To study the effects of specimen hemolysis on electrolytes,myocardial enzymes,liver function and blood lipids in biochemical tests.Methods A total of 178 healthy people who underwent biochemical tests in our hospital from January 20 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study.Blood tests were performed to compare and analyze the electrolytes(K,Na,CL,Ca)before and after hemolysis.The levels of myocardial enzymes(cTnI,NT-proBNP,AST,CK-MB),liver function(TP,ALT),and blood lipids(LDL-C,HDL-C,TG,TC)were changed.Results The concentrations of K,CL and Ca after hemolysis were higher than those before hemolysis(P<0.05),but there was no signifi cant change before and after hemolysis(P>0.05).cTnI,NTproBNP,AST and CK of peripheral blood samples after hemolysis-MB level was higher than that before hemolysis(P<0.05);TP and ALT levels after hemolysis were higher than before hemolysis(P<0.05);LDL-C and HDL-C after hemolysis had no signifi cant change before hemolysis(P>0.05),but TG and TC were higher than before hemolysis(P<0.05).Conclusion The electrolytes,myocardial enzymes,liver function and blood lipids in biochemical tests will be affected by the hemolysis of the specimens.Therefore,it is necessary to strictly control each link in the inspection process to ensure the accuracy of the test data.
