美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭58例疗效观察

Clinical Observation of 58 Cases of Chronic Heart Failure Treated with Metoprolol

目的观察并分析慢性心力衰竭患者应用美托洛尔进行治疗的临床效果。方法选取116例来我院接受治疗的慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分成两组,接受临床常规治疗的为对照组,在此基础上加用美托洛尔的则为观察组。所有患者均接受为期12周的治疗,然后对两组的治疗效果进行对比与评价。结果①治疗总有效率方面,观察组高达96.55%,相比于对照组的81.03%明显升高,P<0.05,有统计学意义。②心率及血压改善方面,观察组患者的HR(静息心率)、DBP(舒张压)、SBP(收缩压)的下降幅度均显著大于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③左心室功能指标改善方面,观察组患者的LVEDD(左室舒张末内径)及LVESD(左室舒张末内径)的下降幅度,以及LVEF(左室射血分数)的上升幅度均显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于慢性心力衰竭患者,通过展开美托洛尔治疗,可有效控制其心率及血压水平,积极促进心功能的改善,疗效显著,值得重视。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of metoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 116 patients with chronic heart failure who received treatment in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method.Those who received routine clinical treatment were the control group,and those who received metoprolol were the observation group.All patients were treated for 12 weeks,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and evaluated.Results(1)The total effective rate of treatment,observation group as high as 96.55%,compared with the control group of 81.03%signifi cantly increased,P<0.05,statistically signifi cant.(2)In terms of heart rate and blood pressure improvement,the decreases of HR(resting heart rate),DBP(diastolic blood pressure)and SBP(systolic blood pressure)in the observation group were signifi cantly greater than those in the control group,with statistically signifi cant differences(P<0.05).(3)In terms of the improvement of left ventricular function indicators,the decrease of LVEDD(left ventricular end diastolic diameter)and LVESD(left ventricular end diastolic diameter)and the increase of LVEF(left ventricular ejection fraction)in the observation group were signifi cantly greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic heart failure,metoprolol treatment can effectively control their heart rate and blood pressure level,and actively promote the improvement of cardiac function,with signifi cant curative effect,which is worthy of attention.
