厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平对老年糖尿病伴高血压患者的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Irbesartan combined with Amlodipine on Elderly Patients with Diabetes and Hypertension

目的对厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平对老年糖尿病伴高血压患者的临床效果进行研究。方法在我院2015年12月至2019年12月收治的老年糖尿病伴高血压患者中随机抽取300例,采用计算机随机法将患者均分为单药组(组内患者150例,仅使用氨氯地平进行治疗),联合组(组内患者150例,联合厄贝沙坦进行治疗),比较两组患者治疗前后的血压值和血糖值,并观察厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平对老年糖尿病伴高血压患者的临床效果。结果治疗开始前,联合组患者的FPG、2hPG、SBP、DBP值与单药组患者差异较小,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),在治疗结束后,联合组患者的FPG、2hPG、SBP、DBP值均优于单药组患者,比较显示差异较大,均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对老年糖尿病伴高血压患者进行治疗时,采用厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平能够有效的改善其病症指标,减轻病症的影响,使其血压和血糖均处于较为健康的状态。

Objective To study the clinical effect of irbesartan combined with amlodipine on elderly diabetic patients with hypertension.Methods From December 2015 to December 2019,300 cases of senile diabetic patients with hypertension were randomly selected in our hospital.The patients were divided into single drug group(150 patients were treated with amlodipine only),combined group(150 patients were treated with irbesartan),blood pressure and blood sugar were compared before and after treatment in the two groups,and observe the clinical effect of irbesartan combined with amlodipine on elderly patients with diabetes and hypertension.Results Before the beginning of the treatment,the FPG,2hPG,SBP and DBP values of the combined group were smaller than those of the single drug group(P>0.05),and the FPG,2hPG,SBP and DBP values of the combined group were better than those of the single drug group after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Irbesartan combined with amlodipine can effectively improve the symptoms of irbesartan in the treatment of elderly diabetic patients with hypertension.
