戈舍瑞林联合戊酸雌二醇片/雌二醇环丙孕酮片治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Goserelin combined with Estradiol Valerate/Estradiol Cyproterone Tablets in the Treatment of Endometriosis

目的探讨戈舍瑞林与戊酸雌二醇片/雌二醇环丙孕酮片联合用药在子宫内膜异位症临床治疗中的应用疗效。方法选取我院2017年10月至2019年1月期间收治的72例子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象,分为观察组(戈舍瑞林+戊酸雌二醇片/雌二醇环丙孕酮片)和对照组(戈舍瑞林)各36例,观察两组患者治疗恢复效果。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者的雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)和促黄体生成素(LH)等性激素水平均显著降低(P<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组患者的E2水平[(94.17±9.82)pmol/L>(70.25±11.29)pmol/L]和LH水平[(3.91±0.89)U/L>(2.79±1.28)U/L]水平相对更高(P<0.05),而FSH水平[(5.71±1.49)U/L<(6.94±1.88)U/L]和不良反应发生率(8.33%<30.56%)相对更低(P<0.05)。结论在子宫内膜异位症的临床治疗中,戈舍瑞林与戊酸雌二醇片/雌二醇环丙孕酮片的联合用药,能够获得良好的应用疗效,有效改善患者的临床症状,维护其生育能力。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of goserelin combined with estradiol valerate/estradiol cyproterone tablets in the clinical treatment of endometriosis.Methods 72 patients with endometriosis admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled in the observation group(goserelin+estradiol valerate/estradiol)36 cases of cyproterone tablets and control group(goserelin)were observed,and the recovery effects of the two groups were observed.Results Compared with pre-treatment,the levels of estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)were signifi cantly lower in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the E2 level of the observation group[(94.17±9.82)pmol/L>(70.25±11.29)pmol/L]and LH level[(3.91±0.89)U/L>(2.79±1.28)U/L]level is relatively higher(P<0.05),while FSH level[(5.71±1.49)U/L<(6.94±1.88)U/L]and adverse reaction rate(8.33%<30.56%)Relatively lower(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of endometriosis,the combination of goserelin and estradiol valerate/estradiol cyproterone tablets can achieve good therapeutic effect and effectively improve the clinical clinical situation of patients.Symptoms,maintaining their fertility.
