阿立派唑治疗躁郁症中增效剂的作用分析

Analysis of the Role of Aripiprazole in the Treatment of Bipolar Syndrome

目的探究在阿立哌作治疗躁郁症中使用增效剂的实际作用,对治疗效果进行分析和探究。方法选取2015年6月至2016年6月医院接收的68例双向患者作为本次研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组34例。实验组采用碳酸锂联合阿立哌唑进行治疗,对照组采用碳酸锂联合富马酸奎硫平进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果,患者住院时间、患者并发症的发生率以及患者对治疗方式的满意程度。结果实验组实际治疗效果明显的优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组住院时间明显的低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗后的并发症的发生率要低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组对治疗方式的满意程度明显的高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据结果可以明显看出,碳酸锂联合阿立哌唑的治疗方式做体现治疗效果极好,更可以有效的减少患者的住院时间,患者对治疗方式也是极为满意,碳酸锂联合阿立哌唑治疗方式值得在临床治疗上推广和使用。

Objective To explore the practical effect of using a synergist in the treatment of bipolar disorder with aripipril,and to analyze and explore the therapeutic effect.Methods 68 patients with bidirectional patients received from the hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the subjects.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with lithium carbonate and aripiprazole,and the control group was treated with lithium carbonate combined with quetiapine fumarate.The treatment effect of the two groups of patients was compared,the length of hospital stay,the incidence of complications,and the patient's satisfaction with the treatment.Results The actual treatment effect of the experimental group was signifi cantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the experimental group was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the treatment group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion According to the results,it can be clearly seen that the treatment of lithium carbonate combined with aripiprazole is very effective,and it can effectively reduce the hospitalization time of patients.The patient is also very satisfi ed with the treatment method.The treatment of piperazine is worthy of promotion and use in clinical treatment.
