全自动血细胞分析仪检测艾滋病(AIDS)患者外周血红细胞和血小板参数的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Parameters of Erythrocyte and Platelet in Peripheral Blood of AIDS Patients by Automatic Hematocyte Analyzer

目的探讨全自动血细胞分析仪检测艾滋病(AIDS)患者外周血红细胞和血小板参数的临床分析。方法选取我院2016年8月至2018年8月60例AIDS患者作为观察组,选取同期行健康体检的健康人群60名为对照组,均进行全自动血细胞分析仪对外周血细胞及血小板参数进行检测,对比检测结果。结果观察组红细胞计数(RBC)、红细胞比容(HCT)、红细胞平均比容(MCV)均低于对照组,红细胞平均血红蛋白含量(MCH)、红细胞平均宽度(RDW)均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血小板计数(PLT)、血小板比容(PCT)均低于对照组,且平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板比容(PDW)、大血小板比率(P-RCL)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全自动血细胞分析仪检测AIDS患者外周血红细胞和血小板参数的临床效果显著,可为临床疾病进展、治疗方案提供有效参考。

Objective To explore the clinical analysis of parameters of erythrocytes and platelets in peripheral blood of AIDS patients detected by automatic blood cell analyzer.Methods 60 AIDS patients from August 2016 to August 2018 in our hospital were selected as the observation group,and 60 healthy people who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.All of them were tested by automatic hematology analyzer for peripheral blood cells and platelet parameters,and the test results were compared.Results Red blood cell count(RBC),hematocrit(HCT)and mean hematocrit(MCV)in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the mean red blood cell hemoglobin content(MCH)and mean red blood cell width(RDW)in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Platelet count(PLT)and platelet volume(PCT)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet volume(PDW)and large platelet ratio(P-RCL)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Automatic hematocyte analyzer has signifi cant clinical effect in detecting parameters of erythrocytes and platelets in peripheral blood of AIDS patients,which can provide an effective reference for clinical disease progression and treatment plan.
