论显微镜配合超声技术处理钙化根管的临床疗效和应用方法 被引量:2

Objective to Discuss the Clinical Effect and Application of Microscope combined with Ultrasound in the Treatment of Calcified Root Canal

摘要 目的讨论分析显微镜配合超声技术处理钙化根管的临床疗效和应用方法。方法本次研究选择的患者样本为2017年12月至2018年12月来我院进行钙化根管治疗的100例患者,对患者采取手术显微镜下的超声根管治疗方法去除患者根管内出现的钙化组织,并联合使用乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)以及手用疏通锉等器械完成根管的预备和加压填充操作,记录对比患者在进行根管疏通治疗后的治疗有效率以及根管并发症发生概率。结果治疗结果可知,100例钙化根管患者在术后治疗有效率高达96.0%,患者术后发生根管并发症概率为12.0%,具体情况在下述结果中详细说明。结论研究分析可知,对于钙化根管患者的治疗工作中采取显微镜配合超声技术的治疗方法可以有效的治疗患者病症,同时数据结果显示在患者前牙、根管口部位以及根管口上段的再通成功率较高,值得将显微镜配合超声技术在钙化根管患者的临床治疗中推广使用。 Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical effect and application method of microscope combined with ultrasound in the treatment of calcifi ed root canal.Methods This study selected patient samples to between December 2017 and December 2018 to our hospital for calcifi ed root canal treatment of 100 patients,for patients to take the ultrasonic root canal treatment of surgical microscope,removal of root canal calcifi cation in patients with organization and combination of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid(EDTA)and hand dredge fi le and equipment complete root canal preparation and pressurized fi lling operation,record after root canal dredging therapy treatment effi cient and root canal complication probability.Results According to the treatment results,the postoperative effective rate of 100 calcifi ed root canal patients was as high as 96.0%,and the postoperative incidence of root canal complications was 12.0%.The specifi c conditions are detailed in the following results.Conclusion The study shows that for the treatment of patients with calcifi ed root canal work in microscope with ultrasound treatment can be effective in the treatment of patients condition,at the same time data according to the results in patients with front teeth,root canal orifi ce area and root canal orifi ce in the recanalization of high success rate,worthy of the microscope with ultrasonic technology in the clinical treatment of patients with calcifi ed root canal in the promotion of use.
