子宫内膜异位症伴不孕采用腹腔镜手术治疗的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Endometriosis with Infertility Treated by Laparoscopic Surgery

目的观察腹腔镜手术用于子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法选择60例子宫内膜异位伴不孕病患,按照术式差异均分两组。比较开腹手术的对照组及腹腔镜手术的观察组在手术情况、术后受孕成功率、血清CA125值变化方面的差异。结果观察组手术完成速度更快且出血量更少,术后恢复状态更佳;术后1年内对照组成功妊娠率为63.33%,观察组为86.67%;两组血清CA125均明显下滑,术后观察组数值略低于对照组但组间数据差异较小。结论腹腔镜治疗子宫内膜异位在安全性上更高且患者术后成功受孕率更高,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery on endometriosis.Methods 60 cases of ectopic endometrium with infertility were selected and divided into two groups according to different operative methods.The differences in the operative status,the success rate of conception after operation and the changes of serum CA125 value between the control group and the observation group after laparoscopy were compared.Results In the observation group,the operation was completed faster,the blood loss was less,and the postoperative recovery was better.The successful pregnancy rate was 63.33%in the control group and 86.67%in the observation group within one year after operation.Serum CA125 decreased signifi cantly in both groups,and the postoperative values in the observation group were slightly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of endometriosis is safer and the rate of successful pregnancy is higher,which has clinical value.
