清肺定喘方加减辨治小儿支气管哮喘急性期的效果

Effect of Qingfei Dingchuan Decoction on Acute Stage of Pediatric Bronchial Asthma

目的探讨清肺定喘方加减辨治小儿支气管哮喘急性期的临床应用效果。方法选取2015年2月至2016年2月在我院接受治疗的98例患儿,其中49例患儿采用常规西药治疗,作为对照组,49例患者在此基础上采用清肺定喘方加减辨治疗,作为观察组,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.92%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各项症状评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病症消失时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为6.12%,显著下降(P<0.05)。结论采用清肺定喘方加减辨治小儿支气管哮喘急性期疾病,有效改善患者各项病症,缩短病症恢复时间,且未出现明显不良反应,有助于患者早日恢复健康。

Objective To investigate the clinical application of Qingfei Dingchuan Decoction in the acute phase of bronchial asthma in children.Methods A total of 98 children who underwent treatment in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were enrolled.Among them,49 patients were treated with conventional western medicine as a control group,and 49 patients were treated with Qingfei Dingchuan Decoction.The treatment was reduced and treated as an observation group to compare the effects of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.92%,which was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the observation group were signifi cantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of the observation group was signifi cantly shorter than that of the control group.The group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.12%,which was signifi cantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingfei Dingchuan Decoction can treat children with bronchial asthma in acute phase,effectively improve patients'symptoms and shorten the recovery time of the disease,and there is no obvious adverse reaction,which helps patients to recover health as soon as possible.
