补肾凉血煎剂治疗红皮病型银屑病的临床疗效评价分析

Clinical Evaluation and Analysis of Bushen Liangxue Decoction in the Treatment of Erythrodermic Psoriasi

目的研究补肾凉血煎剂治疗红皮病型银屑病临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年1月至2018年12月40例红皮型银屑病住院患者通过观察中医临床疗效、临床症状改善、体征改善情况、理化指标改善情况对补肾凉血煎剂进行临床疗效评价分析。结果补肾凉血煎剂治疗后患者达到临床好转及痊愈。结论补肾凉血煎剂可以控制红皮病型银屑病,降低发病率,安全有效,未出现不良反应,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effi cacy of Bushen Liangxue Decoction in the treatment of erythrodermic psoriasis.Methods 40 patients with erythrodermic psoriasis in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2018 were selected to evaluate and analyze the clinical effi cacy of Bushen Liangxue Decoction by observing the clinical efficacy,improvement of clinical symptoms,improvement of physical and chemical indicators.Results After the treatment of Bushen Liangxue Decoction,the patients achieved clinical improvement and recovery.Conclusion Bushen Liangxue Decoction can control erythrodermic psoriasis,reduce the incidence of psoriasis,safe and effective,without adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
