黄芩在急性湿疹治疗中的应用效果及药理分析

Effect and Pharmacological Analysis of Scutellaria Baicalensis in the Treatment of Acute Eczema

目的分析黄芩在急性湿疹临床治疗中的应用效果及药理特点。方法选取2017年3月至2018年5月123例医院收治的急性湿疹患者,随机将入选123例患者分为观察组(61例)与对照组(62例)。对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上加入中药黄芩治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、症状缓解时间、治疗前后中医症状积分变化以及不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组在治疗有效率以及治疗前后中医症状积分的改善幅度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者症状缓解时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗期间均无不良反应发生。结果黄芩在急性湿疹的临床治疗中的应用有助于加速症状的缓解,并且不会引起不良反应,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To analyze the application effect and pharmacological characteristics of scutellaria baicalensis in the clinical treatment of acute eczema.Methods 123 patients with acute eczema admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to May 2018 were selected.123 patients were randomly divided into observation group(61 cases)and control group(62 cases).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with scutellaria baicalensis on the basis of the control group.The clinical effi cacy,symptom remission time,TCM symptom score changes before and after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Results The effective rate and the improvement of TCM symptom score before and after treatment in the observation group were signifi cantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The symptom remission time of the observation group was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion The application of scutellaria baicalensis in the clinical treatment of acute eczema was helpful to accelerate the relief of symptoms,and did not cause adverse reactions.
