湿性伤口敷料应用于不可分期压疮的护理干预效果分析

Effect Analysis of Nursing Intervention on Wet Wound Dressing Applied to Non-staged Pressure Sores

目的探究湿性伤口敷料在不可分期压疮的护理方法,观察护理效果,并总结经验。方法选择笔者所在科室于2016.4~2017.8期间收治的70例不可分期压疮患者,随机分为甲、乙两组,分别给予无菌纱块护理与湿性伤口敷料护理,比较两组护理效果。结果乙组治疗总有效率为95.0%,明显高于甲组73.3%(P<0.01);乙组生活质量评定简表(SF-36)各维度评分均高于甲组(P<0.05);乙组肉芽组织生长时间、直径减缩时间和愈合时间均短于甲组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组护理期间无创面感染病例,甲组为23.3%,有较明显差异(P<0.01)。结论不可分期压疮临床采用湿性伤口敷料护理干预,疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To explore the nursing method of wet wound dressing in non-staged pressure sores,observe the nursing effect and sum up the experience.Methods 70 patients with non-staged pressure sores admitted by the author's department from 2016.4 to 2017.8 were randomly divided into two groups,A and B,and were given sterile gauze care and wet wound dressing care respectively,and the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of group B treatment was 95.0%,which was signifi cantly higher than Group A 73.3%(P<0.01);Group B quality of life assessment summary table(SF-36)all scored higher than Group A(P<0.05);The duration,diameter reduction time and healing time of granulation tissue in Group B were all shorter than Group A,and the differences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);There were no cases of wound infection during the care period in Group B,23.3%in Group A,with a signifi cant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The clinical use of wet wound dressing nursing intervention is not staged pressure sores,the curative effect is remarkable,it is worth promoting.
