针对性护理干预在子宫肌瘤围术期的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Targeted Nursing Intervention in the Perioperative Period of Uterine Leiomyoma

目的子宫肌瘤的围术期实施针对性的护理干预应用效果。方法取2017年11月至2018年12月我院所收治的子宫肌瘤80例患者作为此次临床观察试验研究的主要对象,以实际就诊的顺序将患者平分两组,各组均40例。研究组采取针对性的护理干预措施,参照组则为常规护理措施。分析两组效果。结果与参照组相比,研究组患者临床各项指标、护理效果的临床指标、护理服务质量的临床指标、护理服务的满意度临床指标,所有评分优势均较为突出,组间比较数据分析差异有着统计学分析基本意义,P<0.05。结论开展子宫肌瘤围术期临床护理工作期间,通过采取针对性的护理干预措施,能改善患者临床各项指标,有助于提升临床护理服务质量及满意度,且护理效果极佳,对子宫肌瘤围术期临床护理工作顺利开展可起到一定积极作用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on uterine leiomyoma during perioperative period.Methods From Nov.2017 to Dec 2018,80 patients with uterine leiomyoma were selected as the main object of this clinical observation trial study.The patients were divided into two groups according to the sequence of actual visits,with 40 patients in each group.The study group adopted targeted nursing intervention measures,and the reference group was routine nursing measures.The effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical indexes of patients in the study group,the clinical indexes of nursing effect,the clinical indexes of nursing service quality,the clinical indexes of nursing service satisfaction,and the clinical indexes of nursing service satisfaction,All the scoring advantages were prominent,and the difference of data analysis between the two groups was statistically signific ant,P<0.05.Conclusion During the perioperative clinical nursing of hysteromyoma,it is helpful to improve the quality and satisfaction of the clinical nursing,and the nursing effect is excellent by taking the targeted nursing intervention measures to improve the clinical nursing service quality and satisfaction.It can play a positive role in the successful operation of the clinical nursing during the operation of the uterine fibroids.
