急性心肌梗死患者介入术后应用早期心脏康复护理的效果

Effect of Early Cardiac Rehabilitation Nursing for Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction after Interventional Operation

目的分析早期心脏康复护理在急性心肌梗死患者介入术后的护理中的应用效果。方法将我院2017年12月至2018年12月收治的162例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,均行PCI(经皮冠状动脉介入术),术后对照组患者行常规健康教育,观察组患者在对照组基础上加强早期心脏康复护理,对比两组患者护理前后生活质量情况以及护理后心功能指标情况。结果与护理前相比,两组患者护理后SF-36生活质量评分均有所提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.6326,P<0.05);观察组护理后SV、LVEF均高于对照组,LVEDV低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.5262、8.6632、8.5569,P<0.05)。结论早期心脏康复护理在急性心肌梗死患者介入术后的护理中的应用效果显著,利于改善患者心功能。

Objective To analyze the effect of early cardiac rehabilitation nursing on the nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction after intervention.Methods A total of 162 patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.All patients were treated with PCI(percutaneous coron ary intervention),and the patients in the control group received routine health education.The patients in the observation group strengthened early cardiac rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group,and compared the quality of life before and after nursing between the two groups as well as the indexes of cardiac function after nursing.Results Compared with prenursing,two groups of patients had SF-36 after nursing.The quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=12.6326,P<0.05).After nursing,the SV,LVEF in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the LVEDV in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(t=8.5262,8.6632,8.5569,P<0.05).Conclusion The early cardiac rehabilitation nursing is effective in the nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction after intervention,which is helpful to improve the cardiac function of the patients.
