分析手术室护理对妇产科开腹手术切口感染预防的效果

To Analyze the Effect of Operating Room Nursing on Prevention of Incision Infection in Obstetrics and Gynecology Open Surgery

目的探究手术室护理干预措施在妇产科开腹手术切口感染中的预防效果。方法于2018年4月至2019年8月这一期间,随机选取本院妇产科进行开腹手术的患者76例,按照数字表法分为2组,对比组患者予以手术室常规护理,实验组在对比组前提下加用手术室优化护理,并对两组切口感染发生率以及愈合率情况予以比较分析。结果在切口感染发生率方面,对比组患者的发生10例感染,发生率26.31%(10/38),比实验组患者3例感染的7.89%(3/38)高(P<0.05);实验组患者切口愈合36例,愈合率94.74%(36/38),比对比组愈合28例的愈合率的73.69%(28/38)高(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理干预措施在妇产科开腹手术切口感染中的预防效果显著,可使愈合率有效提升。

Objective To explore the preventive effect of nursing intervention measures in operating room on incision infection in gynecology and obstetrics laparotomy.Methods From April 2018 to August 2019,76 patients undergoing open surgery in our hospital's obstetrics and gynecology department were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the digital table method.The patients in the control group received routine nursing in the operating room,while the patients in the experimental group received optimized nursing in the operating room under the premise of the control group.The incidence rate of incision infection and healing rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results As for the incidence of incision infection,the incidence of 10 cases of infection in the control group was 26.31%(10/38),which was higher than that of 7.89%(3/38)in the experimental group(P<0.05).The healing rate of incision in the experimental group was 94.74%(36/38)in 36 patients,which was higher than 73.69%(28/38)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention measures in operating room have signifi cant preventive effect on incision infection in obstetrics and gynecology open surgery,which can effectively improve the healing rate.
