人性化服务在心血管护理中的应用

Application of Humanized Service in Cardiovascular Care

目的研究与分析心血管疾病护理方法中引入人性化服务的应用价值。方法于我院2017年3月至2018年4月间,内科诊室收治的全部心血管患者中抽取120例,通过简单随机排列表方式,将患者分成参考组与实验组各60例。参考组给予常规护理法,在此基础上,实验组加用人性化服务,对比分析临床护理满意度及心情状态。结果参照组护理满意概率仅为78.33%,实验组护理满意率高达95.0%;除此之外,参照组心情良好患者占比75.0%,实验组占比96.7%。差异显著有统计意义(P<0.05);实验组患者护理后生活质量明显高于参照组患者(P<0.05);两组患者护理前生活质量无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论人性化服务有利于心血管疾病治愈,一定程度上减轻患者心理压力,使得护理满意程度得到有效改善,同时提高了患者的生活质量,值得深入推广到内科临床当中。

Objective To study and analyze the application value of introducing humanized services in cardiovascular disease care methods.Methods From March 2017 to April 2018,120 patients were enrolled in all cardiovascular patients admitted to the internal medicine clinic.The patients were divided into reference group and experimental group by 60 cases by simple randomized list.The reference group was given the routine nursing method.On this basis,the experimental group was added with humanized service to compare and analyze the clinical nursing satisfaction and mood state.Results The satisfaction probability of the reference group was only 78.33%,and the satisfaction rate of the experimental group was as high as 95.0%.In addition,the proportion of patients with good mood in the reference group was 75.0%,and the proportion of the experimental group was 96.7%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).There was no signifi cant difference in the quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Humanized service is conducive to the cure of cardiovascular disease,to some extent to alleviate the psychological pressure of patients,so that the satisfaction of nursing is effectively improved,and the quality of life of patients is improved.It is worthy of further promotion into the clinical department.
