脑出血护理中优质护理的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of High Quality Nursing in Cerebral Hemorrhage Nursing

目的分析对脑出血患者进行护理时应用优质护理所取得的。方法本文选择的脑出血患者均为我院在2014年4月至2018年8月收治的入院患者,选择28例作为研究对象,按照随机方法分为常规护理组和优质护理组,每组患者平均为14例,对两组患者分别采用常规护理和优质护理进行护理,评价两组患者护理的效果。结果护理后对两组患者并发症发生率进行比较,常规护理组为28.57%(4/14),优质护理组为0,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;对两组患者护理以后的神经功能缺损评分(CSS)和欧洲卒中评分(ESS)进行比较,干预前两组无差异,P>0.05,不具有统计学意义,干预后优质护理组优于常规护理组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对于脑出血患者在护理时落实优质护理能够有效提高护理的效果,降低并发症发生率,改善患者的相关症状评分,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the application of quality nursing care in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The patients with cerebral hemorrhage selected in this study were admitted to our hospital from April 2014 to August 2018.28 patients were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into routine nursing group and quality nursing group.For 14 patients,the two groups of patients were treated with routine nursing and quality nursing,and the effects of nursing care in the two groups were evaluated.Results After the nursing,the incidence of complications was compared between the two groups.The conventional nursing group was 28.57%(4/14),and the quality nursing group was 0,P<0.05.The difference was statistically signifi cant.The functional impairment score(CSS)and the European Stroke Score(ESS)were compared.There was no difference between the two groups before intervention,P>0.05,which was not statistically significant.The quality nursing group was better than the conventional nursing group after intervention,P<0.05.Statistical signifi cance.Conclusion For patients with cerebral hemorrhage,the implementation of quality nursing during nursing can effectively improve the effect of nursing,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the patient's relevant symptom score,which is worth promoting.
