分析快速康复外科护理在胃癌围手术期护理中的应用

Analysis of the Application of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgical Nursing in Perioperative Nursing of Gastric Cancer

目的分析快速康复外科护理在胃癌围手术期护理中的应用。方法选取2017年1月至2019年6月在我科行手术治疗的84例胃癌患者进行研究,随机分成对照组和观察组,各42例,围手术期护理阶段,对照组采取常规护理方案,观察组则采取快速康复外科护理方案,记录术后首次排气时间、卧床时间、住院时间,同时记录术后并发症发生情况,用于评价护理效果。对照组有男29例,女13例,年龄44~73岁,平均年龄为(58.73±9.27)岁。观察组有男27例,女15例,年龄45~75岁,平均年龄为(59.48±10.16)岁。基本信息差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),有可比性。结果观察组术后首次排气时间、卧床时间、住院时间均短于对照组,观察组发生术后并发症的案例少于对照组,数据差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胃癌围手术期护理中,应用快速康复外科护理方案,能够有效的促进病情的恢复,显著缩短患者住院时间,且术后并发症较少,病情恢复较为稳定,临床应用效果理想。

Objective To analyze the application of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in perioperative nursing of gastric cancer.Methods From January 2017 to June 2019,84 patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group,42 cases each,perioperative nursing stage,the control group adopted routine nursing plan,the observation group adopted rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing plan,recorded the fi rst exhaust time after operation,bed rest time,hospitalization time,and recorded the occurrence of postoperative complications for evaluation of nursing effect.There were 29 males and 13 females in the control group,aged 44-73,average year age was(58.73±9.27).In the observation group,there were 27 men and 15 women aged 45-75 years and the average age was 59.48±10.16 years.The difference in basic information was not statistically signifi cant(P>0.05)and was comparable.Results The fi rst exhaust time,bed rest time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the cases of postoperative complications in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the perioperative nursing of gastric cancer,the application of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing program can effectively promote the recovery of the disease and signifi cantly reduce the incidence of gastric cancer The patients were hospitalized with less complications,stable recovery and ideal clinical application.
