集束化护理方案在重症肺炎患者护理中的应用效果及对APACHEⅡ评分的影响

Effect of Cluster Nursing Program in Nursing of Patients with Severe Pneumonia and Its Effect on APACHEⅡScore

目的探究集束化护理方案在重症肺炎患者护理中的应用效果及对APACHEⅡ评分的影响。方法将于我院治疗的100例重症肺炎患者作为研究对象,随机分两组,分别实施集束化护理(观察组)、常规护理(对照组)。结果相比于对照组,观察组的APACHEⅡ评分更低,机械通气时间、退热时间和住院时间更短,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理应用于重症肺炎患者可减少APACHEⅡ评分,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing program in the nursing of patients with severe pneumonia and its infl uence on APACHEⅡscore.Methods 100 patients with severe pneumonia treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,cluster nursing(observation group)and routine nursing(control group).Results Compared with the control group,the APACHEEⅡscore of the observation group was lower,the duration of mechanical ventilation,antipyretic time and hospitalization time were shorter,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing can reduce APACHEⅡscore in patients with severe pneumonia,which is worth promoting.
