针对性护理干预对治疗结核病的临床治疗作用

Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Targeted Nursing Intervention on Tuberculosis

目的探讨分析针对性的护理干预对治疗结核病的临床治疗作用。方法按数字法随机选取2018年8月至2019年9月间我院收治的90例肺结核患者,分成实验组和对照组两组,各45例,对照组进行常规护理,实验组采用针对性护理干预,对比分析两组患者结核病控制情况以及护理满意度。结果实验组患者的治愈率、痰涂片转阴率、病灶好转率均优于对照组;且患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相对于常规护理,针对性护理通过从心理护理、行为护理、生活习惯护理以及药品护理四大方面干预结核病患者,舒缓甚至是消除了患者的负面情绪,让患者正确、乐观面对疾病,正视疾病治疗注意事项,提高了治疗配合度,从而进一步改善了患者的治疗效果,加深了患者对护理的满意度,值得临床中广泛推广应用。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of targeted nursing intervention on tuberculosis.Methods According to digital method,90 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to September 2019 were randomly selected and divided into experimental group and control group with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing while the experimental group received targeted nursing intervention.The tuberculosis control situation and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The cure rate,sputum smear negative conversion rate and focus improvement rate of patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group.And the patient's nursing satisfaction was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine nursing,targeted nursing can relieve or even eliminate patients'negative emotions by intervening tuberculosis patients from four aspects:psychological nursing,behavioral nursing,life habit nursing and drug nursing,so that patients can face the disease correctly and optimistically,face up to disease treatment precautions,and improve treatment coordination,thus further improving the treatment effect of patients and deepening the satisfaction of patients with nursing.It is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
