对产妇进行产后康复护理对其乳汁分泌及产后生活质量的影响

Effect of Postpartum Rehabilitation Nursing on Milk Secretion and Postpartum Quality of Life of Puerpera

目的探讨产妇产后康复护理对其乳汁分泌及产后生活质量的影响。方法采用系统抽样方法,抽取于2018年2月至2019年2月进入本院分娩的产妇72例,为本次研究观察对象,并通过电脑随机法,实施分组对照,即常规组(产后常规化护理)、研究组(产后康复护理)各36例。结果研究组产后泌乳优良率显著高于常规组,组间差异显著(P<0.05);研究组产后生活质量各维度评分均高与常规组,组间差异显著(P<0.05);研究组产妇对护理服务满意度高于常规组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论针对分娩后的产妇,加强康复护理,不仅可以促使其良好泌乳,改善其产后生存质量,而且还可以提高产妇对临床护理工作的满意度。值得在临床中大力推荐。

Objective To explore the effect of postpartum rehabilitation nursing on milk secretion and postpartum quality of life.Methods Application of systematic sampling method,from February 2018 to February 2019,72 parturients who entered our hospital to give birth were selected as the subjects of this study.Through computer random method,we divided them into two groups:routine group(postpartum routine nursing)and research group(postpartum rehabilitation nursing)with 36 cases in each group.Results The excellent and good rate of postpartum lactation in the study group was signifi cantly higher than that in the routine group,with signifi cant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the scores of all dimensions of postpartum quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the routine group,with signifi cant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);and the satisfaction of nursing service of the study group was higher than that in the routine group,with signifi cant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening rehabilitation nursing for postpartum women can not only promote their good lactation and improve their postpartum quality of life,but also improve their satisfaction with clinical nursing work.It is worth recommending in clinic.
