骨科住院患者护理中应用全程无缝隙优质服务的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Application of Seamless and High-quality Service in Orthopaedic Inpatient Care

目的研究全程无缝隙护理在骨科住院患者中的运用效果。方法选取我院2017年2月至2019年1月期间收治的110例骨科住院患者,按照就诊时间,将其分为实验组和参照组,每组55例;参照组运用常规护理方法,实验组运用全程无缝隙优质护理方法,对比两组价值。结果对比后显示,实验组生活质量显著好于参照组,护理满意度高于参照组,组间检验,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科住院患者中,给予全程无缝隙优质服务,护理效果颇为显著,值得于临床推广运用。

Objective To study the effect of seamless nursing in orthopaedic inpatients.Methods 110 orthopaedic inpatients admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to January 2019 were divided into experimental group and reference group according to the time of visiting,55 cases in each group.The reference group used conventional nursing methods,while the experimental group used seamless and high-quality nursing methods throughout the course to compare the value of the two groups.Results After comparison,the quality of life of the experimental group was signifi cantly better than that of the reference group,and the satisfaction of nursing was higher than that of the reference group.There was statistical signifi cance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In orthopaedic inpatients,the whole course of seamless quality services,nursing effect is quite significant,worthy of clinical application.
