探讨综合护理干预在恢复期精神分裂症护理中的效果

目的探讨综合护理干预在恢复期精神分裂症护理中的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月至我院治疗的88例恢复期精神分裂症患者进行研究,随机分成对照组和观察组,各44例,对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组采取综合护理干预,护理工作开展前后,评估患者负面情绪,同时评价患者生活质量和社交能力,护理完成后,邀请患者及其家属评价护理满意度。随机分成对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组有男25例,女19例,年龄37~58岁,平均年龄为(47.68±6.43)岁。观察组有男23例,女21例,年龄36~59岁,平均年龄为(47.74±7.11)岁。基本信息无显著差异(P>0.05),有可比性。结果护理前,两组患者抑郁情绪评分、焦虑情绪评分、生活质量评分、社交能力评分数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组抑郁情绪评分、焦虑情绪评分明显低于对照组,生活质量评分、社交能力评分明显优于对照组,护理后护理满意度评价结果明显优于对照组,数据差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在恢复期精神分裂症护理中,采取综合护理干预方式进行护理,能够有效改善患者负面情绪,提高其生活质量和社交能力,护理效果较为理想,患者满意度较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in convalescent schizophrenia.Methods 88 patients with convalescent schizophrenia treated from january 2018 to december 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,44 cases each,the control group took routine nursing intervention,the observation group took comprehensive nursing intervention,before and after the development of nursing work,evaluated the negative emotion of the patients,and evaluated the quality of life and social ability of the patients.were randomly divided into control group and observation group,44 cases each.Control group had male 25 case,female 19,age 37-58 years,mean age(47.68±6.43)years.In the observation group,there were 23 men and 21 women aged 36-59 years and the average age was(47.74±7.11)years.There was no signifi cant difference in basic information(P>0.05),which was comparable.Results Before nursing,there was no signifi cant difference in the data of depression emotion score,anxiety emotion score,quality of life score and social ability score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the depression emotion score and anxiety emotion score in the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group,and the results of post-care nursing satisfaction evaluation were signifi cantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of convalescent schizophrenia,comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the negative emotion,improve the quality of life and social ability,the nursing effect is more ideal,and the patient satisfaction is higher.
