神经外科护士康复护理认知现状的调查

Investigation on Cognitive Status of Rehabilitation Nursing of Neurosurgery Nurses

目的本文对多家综合性三甲医院神经外科护士进行康复护理认知现状调查,为提高护士康复护理能力提供可靠依据。方法通过调查问卷的形式统计神经外科护士对康复护理知识的掌握程度,发放调查问卷200份,回收有效问卷196份。结果在这196位神经外科护士中对康复的重要性具备充分认识的占86.98%~92.17%,对神经外科康复以及康复护理学领域、对象和目标等方面知识具有一定认知的占比83.26%,但是有49.98%~73.26%的神经外科护士对康复理论知识和相关临床技能应用存在不确定性,5.78%~19.65%的护士对神经外科康复护理缺乏系统的认知和学习。结论神经外科护士对于康复护理基础知识的系统性和全面性有提升空间,虽能够较好的完成一般康复护理,但是专业康复护理的实施有待加强。

Objective To investigate the cognitive status of rehabilitation nursing among neurosurgical nurses in a number of general grade a hospitals,so as to provide a reliable basis for improving nurses'rehabilitation nursing ability.Methods Through questionnaire statistics in the form of neurosurgery nurses on the degree of master of rehabilitation nursing knowledge,200 questionnaires,recycling effective questionnaire 196 copies.Results In the 196 neurosurgery nurses to have fully understand the importance of recovery of 86.98%-92.17%,for neurosurgery rehabilitation and rehabilitation nursing,object and target of knowledge has certain cognitive accounted for 83.26%,but 49.98%-73.26%of neurosurgery nurses for rehabilitation theory knowledge and related clinical skills applied uncertainty,5.78%-19.65%of the nurses lack of neurosurgery rehabilitation nursing system of cognition and learning.Conclusion Basic knowledge of neurosurgery nurses for rehabilitation nursing of systemic and comprehensive promotion space,is able to better complete the general rehabilitation nursing,but the implementation of the professional rehabilitation nursing needs to be strengthened.
