摘要
目的观察在医院卫生管理中实施人性化管理制度的应用价值。方法选择我院工作时间在2~3年以上的医务人员36名作为调查研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各18名。其中对照组医务人员实施常规卫生管理,观察组则采用人性化卫生管理。选择我院工作时间在2~3年以上的医务人员36名作为调查研究对象,随机分为对照组[18名,护理人员12名,医疗人员6名,其中男性医务人员8名,女性医务人员10名,平均年龄(32.14±2.54)岁]和观察组[18名,护理人员14名,医疗人员4名,其中男性医务人员9名,女性医务人员9名,平均年龄(33.24±2.45)岁]。根据两组医务人员的一般资料对比显示,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),满足研究需求。结果经一段时间的卫生管理制度管理后,观察组医务人员在人际关系、工作环境以及薪资待遇方面的满意度均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取有效的卫生管理制度来改善医务人员的工作压力,从而提高医务人员的工作积极性十分重要。在医院卫生管理中应用人性化管理制度,能够在一定程度上提高医务人员对卫生管理制度的满意度,从而提高医务人员工作积极性,达到有效提高医疗服务水平的最终目的。
Objective To observe the application value of humanized management system in hospital health management.Methods 36 medical workers with working time of 2-3 years or more in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,18 each.The control group carried out routine health management,while the observation group adopted humanized health management.A total of 36 medical staff members working in our hospital for more than 2-3 years were selected as the subjects of investigation and study,which were randomly divided into control group[18,nursing staff 12,medical staff 6,male medical staff 8,female medical staff 10,The mean age was(32.14±2.54)years]and the observation group[18,14 nursing staff,4 medical staff,9 male medical staff,9 female medical staff,(33.24±2.45)years].According to the general data comparison of the two groups of medical staff,the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05)to meet the research needs.Results After a period of health management system management,the satisfaction of medical staff in interpersonal relationship,working environment and salary treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is important to take effective health management system to improve the work pressure of medical staff,so as to improve the enthusiasm of medical staff.The application of humanized management system in hospital health management can improve the satisfaction of medical staff to health management system to a certain extent,so as to improve the enthusiasm of medical staff and achieve the ultimate goal of effectively improving the level of medical service.
