除草剂2,4-D残留对5个水稻品种幼苗生长的影响 被引量:2

摘要 水稻是我国主要的粮食作物之一,而除草剂2,4-D残留会影响水稻的正常生长。配制含0.1mg/L浓度的2,4-D的水稻营养液,模拟除草剂残留,培养到7d左右,观察到2,4-D对水稻幼苗的生长产生了明显的抑制作用。水培10d后,测量5个品种水稻幼苗的株高、根长、根数、叶绿素含量及抗氧化酶活性,分析除草剂残留对5个水稻品种幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,2,4-D持续作用使水稻的株高、根长、根数受到抑制,平均减少40%以上;对叶绿素含量具有增强作用,水稻叶片中SOD、POD、CAT活性均上升。因此,2,4-D残留对水稻的生长影响较大,长时间持续残留会对水稻产生抑制作用。 Rice is one of the most important food crops in China.The residue of 2,4-D herbicide will affect the growth of rice.A rice nutrient solution containing 0.1mg/L of 2,4-D was prepared to simulate the herbicide residue and cultured for about 7 d.It was observed that 2,4-D significantly inhibited the growth of rice seedlings.Hydroponic 10 d was used to measure the plant height,root length,root number,chlorophyll content,and antioxidant enzyme activities of five rice varieties,and the effects of herbicide residues on the five rice varieties were analyzed.The results showed that the continuous effect of 2,4-D could inhibit the plant height,root length and root number of rice,with an average reduction of more than 40%,but it could enhance the chlorophyll content.The antioxidant enzyme activity was measured,and the activities of SOD,POD,and CAT in rice leaves were all increased.2,4-D residues have a great effect on the growth of rice,and long-term persistent residues will have an inhibitory effect on rice.
