摘要
西柏三烯二醇是重要的中性香味物质--茄酮及其衍生物的前体物,对烟叶的香气风格和品质具有重要影响.建立了以超声波辅助溶剂萃取技术,结合在线液相色谱-气相色谱/质谱(liquid chromatography-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry,LC-GC/MS)联用法对烟草中的西柏三烯二醇进行快速分析的方法.该方法的前处理操作快速简便,检测灵敏度高,重复性好,在对不同地区K326青烟叶中西柏三烯二醇含量的比较分析中也取得了良好的结果,适用于烟草中西柏三烯二醇含量的大规模分析.
Cembratriene-diols are the precursors of important neutral aroma components and their derivatives,which affect significantly the aroma style and tobacco quality.In this study,a method of in-series combination of ultrasound-assisted extraction and online liquid chromatography-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(LC-GC/MS)was constructed for the analysis of cembratriene-diols in tobacco.Cembratriene-diols were first extracted by ultrasound-assisted extraction and then on-line clean-up and analysis by online LCGC/MS system.The pretreatment was highly efficient and easy-handling.Good recovery and reproducibility had also been achieved.This method was subsequently applied to the analysis of cembratriene-diols extracted from different regions of tobacco leaves.The satisfactory performance indicated that this strategy was suitable for the high-throughput analysis of cembratriene-diols in tobacco.
