摘要
选用Chlorella pyrenoidosa(FACHB-5)为试验藻种,以未灭菌猪场废水与BG11培养基混合物为小球藻培养液,研究废水添加比、初始pH和光照强度对小球藻生物量和氨氮去除率影响。在单因素试验基础上,通过二次正交旋转中心组合试验确定因素交互作用,猪场废水培养小球藻最优工艺条件为:废水添加比21.75%,初始pH 7.44,光照强度8 150 lx。采用优化工艺,在10 d培养周期内,小球藻OD680为2.91,氨氮去除率为89.54%,两个指标模拟值和实际值误差均在2%以内。
The Chlorella pyrenoidosa(FACHB-5)was employed as algae species in this study.The unsterilized swine wastewater mixed with the culture medium(BG11)at different ratios was used as broth to culture the algae species.The effects of the additive ratios of swine wastewater,the initial pH of broth and the light intensity on Chlorella culture were investigated by the single-factor experiment and the quadratic orthogonal rotating center combination experiment.The optimum additive ratio of wastewater,initial p H of broth and light intensity for Chlorella cultivation with swine wastewater were21.75%,7.44 and 8150 lx,respectively.Under the optimum conditions,the OD680 of Chlorella reached2.91 within 10-day culture cycle,and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen in broth was 89.54%.All the errors between simulated values and actual values were below 2%.
