摘要
文章研究了哈佛大学图书馆与麻省理工学院图书馆的改革过程及特点,两所图书馆分别设置了“关系组+职能部门”型组织结构与按职能划分型组织结构。我国高校图书馆在进行机构改革时应自上而下设置合理机构,以用户为中心、教学研为重点,并运用监督和评估机制,及时反馈调节。
The article studies the reform process and characteristics of the Harvard University Library and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Library.The two libraries have respectively set up a“relationship group+functional department”organization structure and a functional division structure.In the process of institutional reform,Chinese academic libraries should set up reasonable institutions from top to bottom,take users as the center and focus on teaching and research,and use supervision and evaluation mechanisms to get timely feedback and make adjustment.
