在战“疫”这场“大考”中践行“馆员第一”“读者第一” 被引量:7

摘要 文章以安徽农业大学图书馆应对新冠肺炎疫情的实践为例,认为疫情预防控制是有一定规律可循的,为了馆员,依靠馆员,是制胜疫情的重要法宝,是践行“馆员第一”的实际行动;高校图书馆的应急治理体系与治理能力是一个因事而化、因时而进、因势而新的过程。应急模式下的信息服务也是有一定规律的,为了读者,服务读者,是制胜疫情的另一重要法宝,是践行“读者第一”的实际行动;高校图书馆应急信息服务机制也是一个因事而化、因时而进、因势而新的过程。并从6个方面对这次疫情大考进行了反思。 The article takes the practice of Anhui Agricultural University Library's response to the COVID-19 epidemic as an example,and believes that the prevention and control of the epidemic has certain rules to follow.For librarians,relying on librarians is an important magic weapon to win the epidemic,and it is the practice of"librarian first".The emergency governance system and governance capacity of university libraries is a process that changes with events,advances with the times,and changes with the trends.The information service under the emergency mode also has certain rules.For readers and serving readers is another important magic weapon to win the epidemic and is the practice of"readers first".The emergency information service mechanism of university libraries is also a process that changes with events,advances with the times,and changes with the trends.At the end of the article,the author reviewed the epidemic examination from six aspects.
