摘要
文章概述了新冠肺炎疫情背景下图书馆提供的应急服务,包括应急响应、应急资源服务、应急培训服务、应急情报服务、救灾心理服务和救灾募捐与志愿服务。提出了突发事件中图书馆应急服务的宏观战略定位和战略资源定位。在战略布局上,图书馆行业要做好组织布局、行动布局和业务布局;图书馆个体要有针对性地选择业务战略和服务策略。
This paper summarizes the emergency services provided by libraries include emergency response,emergency resource service,emergency training service,emergency information service,rescue psychological service and rescue fundraising and volunteer service under the background of COVID-19,puts forward the macro strategic positioning and strategic resources positioning of libraries'emergency services in emergency.In strategic layout libraries should complete organization layout,action layout and business layout.Individual library should select business strategy and service strategy.
