On the Utilization of Open Access Resources of Domestic Academic Libraries under the Emergency Guarantee

文章在回顾国内开放获取资源发展现状的基础上,探讨了高校图书馆在应对重大公共意外事件时,开放获取资源能够发挥的作用与价值,提出目前存在的不足,建议秉持开放获取理念,进一步推动知识共享。

on the basis of reviewing the current situation of the development of open access resources in China,this paper discusses the role and value of open access resources in academic libraries in response to major public accidents,puts forward the existing shortcomings,and proposes to uphold the concept of open access and further promote knowledge sharing.
