The agglomeration effect of network resources actually conveys the readers'demand for a free,equal and open network resources sharing platforms,including university teachers and students.Academic libraries must start to pay attention to the collection and utilization of network resources,and work together to build new resources sharing platforms.This is the only way to meet the needs of readers,promote their own transformation and expand the new direction of resources sharing and social services,and also the fundamental countermeasures to continue to play a role in the national major public emergencies.
