Thoughts on the Online Services of Academic Libraries under COVID-19 Epidemic:A Case of Lanzhou University Library

信息技术的快速发展促使人们的阅读模式从传统的纸质阅读转变为数字阅读或电子阅读。新冠肺炎疫情防控期间,线上服务不直接接触文献载体、不直接接触服务馆员、不到物理现场,成为无可替代的满足资源需求的服务类型,但也凸显了不足之处。大学图书馆如何更好地优化线上服务,开创知识服务新途径,发挥图书馆在高校学科建设中的作用,应是高校图书馆着重思考的问题。

The rapid development of information technology prompts people's reading mode to change from traditional paper reading to digital reading or electronic reading.During the period of COVID-19 prevention and control,the online services do not directly contact the literature carriers,librarians and physical sites and have become an irreplaceable service style.Online services have great advantages,but also have many problems.How to optimize the online services,create new ways of knowledge services,and play the role in the discipline construction of universities?Academic libraries should think about it carefully.
